FAQ

1) What is a session like?

Sessions are as varied as the people receiving them. I'll go more into detail soon, or make a whole page on that.

2) Can I keep my clothes on?

Most sessions are done clothed. Disrobing, if preferred, is fine too.

3) How old does one need to be to be treated? What about pregnancy?

You should be at least one hour old, and have had some milk and caught your breath a little. Hopefully we have already been treating you mom for a while, and your journey out was as smooth and graceful as can be!

4) How many treatments does it take for me to get better?

There have been many instances where all major symptoms are gone in one session. It seems helpful to continue treatment once a month or a few times per year, as the body creates compensatory mechanisms that sometimes need to be renormalized over time.

Not every condition responds completely in one session, but almost everyone will feel some sort of result. It is very unusual to not see clear results within three treatments.

5) Are you an Osteopathic Physician/ D.O.?

No. I studied Osteopathic Manual Therapy in Canada, and pursue continued education in the US. I did not attend Medical School, and am not an Osteopathic Physician/D.O. I am licensed in California as a "Certified Massage Therapist" (CMT).

6) Do you accept insurance?

I review insurance claims on a case by case basis.
